Terms and Conditions

By booking with Double Tap Vehicle Cleaning, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services I provide all my own equipment and operate fully mobile, supplying my own power and water systems.

2. Bookings & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (see Cancellation Policy).

3. Cancellation Policy * You can change your booking anytime, except within 2 days of the appointment. * Unpaid fees may block future bookings. * All bookings require a deposit

4. Access & Vehicle Condition Vehicle must be safely parked and accessible. Heavy dirt, pet hair, or biohazards may incur extra charges or be refused.

5. Liability We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and are not responsible for issues from unsafe conditions or undisclosed defects.

6. Payments Full payment is due on completion. Accepted: cash, card, or bank transfer.

7. Amendments Terms may be updated at any time; the version at booking applies.
